What happens after you generate the brief
Read it and correct it
The brief is a statement of your requirements, written by our tool from what you told it. If any part is wrong or incomplete, correct it before sending. It is your document — we are not going to interpret it for you.
Send it if you want a written reply
If you choose to send it, you will get a written view on whether we think the switch makes sense, what the migration approach would be, and an honest indication of effort. If it does not make sense, we will say that too.
Decide against us if it does not add up
An assessment that concludes you should stay with your current platform, or that a different vendor is a better fit, is a useful outcome. We would rather be right than be retained.
Questions about this advisor
Is anything I type sent to OpenLMS?
No. The advisor is JavaScript that runs in your browser. Your answers are not submitted, not stored, and not logged. The brief appears on your screen and you decide what to do with it.
Do you store my personal data?
Not from this tool. The enquiry form on the contact page is the only place where information reaches us, and we use what you send only to respond to that enquiry.
Do I have to complete all three rounds?
No. The third round is explicitly optional. If you leave it blank, the brief marks those points as unanswered, which is more honest than inventing an answer.
Is this a live demo of the platform?
No. It is a requirements tool. Seeing the platform configured around your process is a separate conversation, and we will offer it once we have read the brief.
Will you use my answers for marketing?
No. We do not publish customer case studies we have not been given permission to publish, and we do not quote anonymised figures either. If you want to be a reference, that is a separate and explicit agreement.
