Bespoke courseware — the part of an LMS that actually teaches
The platform is the easy part. Good courseware is where learning outcomes are won or lost. Our team designs and produces Hong Kong-specific training content — in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese — that plugs directly into the platform.

What we produce
Instructional design and content strategy
Learning objectives, audience analysis, module structure, assessment design and a content plan mapped to your real policy or syllabus — before a single slide is written.
Trilingual course production
Full production in English, Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) and Simplified Chinese, with consistent terminology and Hong Kong usage rather than machine translation.
H5P interactive content
Interactive video with in-video questions, timelines, drag-the-words, image juxtaposition, drag and drop and scenario branching that make compliance training stick.
SCORM packaging
SCORM 1.2 and 2004 packaging for content authored in Storyline, Captivate or H5P, tested against the platform and version controlled in your repository.
Localisation and transcreation
Translating a Hong Kong course is not translating a British one. Terminology, tone, currency, examples and regulatory references are adapted for the local learner.
Exam and question bank design
Question banks, randomised paper logic, pass thresholds and marking workflows for professional and compliance examinations.
Content maintenance cycles
Scheduled review and update cycles so policy changes reach learners through the same channels they already use, with version history retained.
Train-the-trainer
Handover sessions so your internal team can author and maintain content themselves after the initial build.
Content we build most often in Hong Kong
Corporate and compliance
Compliance and policy training, induction and onboarding, safety briefings, anti-harassment and anti-bribery, data privacy under the PDPO, cybersecurity awareness including phishing simulation, code of conduct, leadership and management development.
- Aligned to your actual policy documents

School and academic
Subject course materials, tutorial and revision content, STEM and practical skills modules, language learning, examination preparation and mock papers, teacher professional development.
- 繁 / 簡 / EN trilingual
- Aligned to school syllabus
- Class-ready H5P activities
Why our courseware is priced the way it is
Because there is no licence fee to recover from courseware, our commercial engine is content and consulting rather than platform seats. That alignment is why we can quote courseware competitively against agencies that also resell software licences — and why the margin we keep goes back into improving the open-source platform instead of into a growth target.
Questions about courseware development
What deliverables do you produce?
Instructional design, then production: the course structure and assessment plan, the learning content, interactive H5P activities, SCORM 1.2 or 2004 packaging, question banks and randomised exam papers. In English, Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) and Simplified Chinese, from one course model so the three versions stay in step.
Who owns the content you produce?
You do. The courseware is commissioned work, and the source files, packages and question banks are yours. We are not licensing it back to you, and we do not reuse your content in other clients' material without your written permission.
How long does a course take to produce?
It varies with scope, and we will not quote a number before we understand the subject, the audience and the assessment requirement. What we do is tell you the range, the assumptions behind it, and the milestone structure, so you can hold the schedule to something rather than to a date in an email.
Do you work with our subject-matter experts?
Yes, and it is usually where the quality comes from. The typical pattern is that your SME owns the accuracy of the content and we own the instructional design, the production and the packaging. We will tell you clearly when a topic needs a review cycle, because that is where schedules slip.
Can you rebuild content that was authored in a proprietary tool?
Often, but the answer depends on the export path. Content in SCORM, H5P or YAML moves natively. Content locked inside a proprietary authoring tool has to be assessed first — that assessment is part of scoping, and it is where surprises usually live. We would rather find out during scoping than after you have committed.
Do you produce content for the platform, or is it platform-agnostic?
Platform-agnostic by design, with the platform as the default delivery target. Standards-based packages (SCORM, H5P, xAPI) mean the content survives a change of platform, which is precisely the point of owning it rather than renting it.
