Custom courseware development
Instructional design and trilingual production. We turn a policy document, a syllabus or a disappointing slide deck into courseware worth assigning — in English, Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) and Simplified Chinese.

Why this is cheaper here
An agency that resells software licences recovers their cost inside your courseware and consulting quotes. We have no licence to recover. That is not a slogan — it is the whole commercial reason these engagements are priced more competitively than an equivalent project delivered through a software vendor. And the margin we do keep goes back into building more open-source software, not into a growth target.
Questions about our services
Do you sell or resell any LMS licence?
No. The platform licence is HK$0, and we do not resell software. We implement, configure, integrate and run open-source platforms, and we build the courseware. We are also happy to work on a platform you already own if that is the right answer for you.
What is the difference between courseware and implementation?
Courseware is the learning content itself — design, production, packaging, assessments. Implementation is the platform work: environment setup, data migration, HRIS and single sign-on connection, role and workflow configuration, reporting, and administrator handover. Many organisations need the second first, because the platform cannot do anything useful until it is configured around how their organisation actually works.
How do you price your services?
Scoped deliverables, quoted separately from any platform cost, with the assumptions written down. Where the scope is genuinely open we will say so and propose a discovery stage, rather than presenting a fixed number that is really a guess. There is never a per-seat line hidden in a service quote.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes, as a scoped service — platform updates, monitoring, backup, patching, and the administration work that keeps a training system usable. It is separated from the licence precisely because it is real work with real cost, and folding it into a "free" number would only make it invisible.
Can you help if we already have a working system?
Often yes. A migration assessment, a content audit, a configuration review or a reporting rebuild can all be commissioned without changing platform. We will tell you if the most valuable thing we can do is help you improve what you have rather than replace it.
